生きていたのか？！・ You're still alive?!

こちらは猫だ。This is a cat.

以前の日記を書いた時から、結構久しぶりなので、その日記から今までの気になる話について書けばいいと思う。前の投稿はブログで書いた。３月１５日 に日本人のよくある英語の間違いについて書いてあった。それは３か月前以上だな。その時から、僕の生活の中に何があっとのか？

大学から卒業した。
ALTとして日本の田舎で働き始めた。
福岡に旅行した。
ミスタードーナツとクリスピー・クリームのドーナツを食べすぎた。
学校の遠足などに参加した。
今僕が住んでいる都市の市長と数分に会話ができた。
小学校と中学校の授業で英語を教えた。
アパートの中に侵入したクモと戦った。
将来の計画を考え始めた。
日本語の読みものをもっと読んでいた。

もちろん、他の話もあるけど、以上は気になることだけだ。話すことが多いので、他人が興味があることだけについて書くことを決めた。なので、何かに興味があったら、「○○について書いてください！」と聞いてね。

It's been quite a long time since I wrote in my diary, so I think I need to write a “catch-up” one to briefly highlight what has been going on with me since I last wrote. The last time I wrote was in my blog. The last entry is about common English mistakes Japanese people make, written on March 15th, more than three months ago. So what has happened since then?

I graduated from college
I got a job working in rural Japan as an ALT.
I've visited Fukuoka.
I've eaten many donuts at Mister Donut, and even at Krispy Kreme.
I've participated in a couple of school events.
I've talked briefly with the mayor of the town I am living in.
I have helped teach English in elementary and junior high school classes.
I had a showdown with some spiders in my apartment.
I've started planning for the future.
I've started reading more Japanese material.

This is, of course, not an exhaustive list, just the highlights. Since there is so much, I've decided to only write about the things other people are actually interested in. So, if you want me to write more, tell me what you want me to write about!
