ギターなどを注文した・Ordered Guitar Stuff

昨日、僕の初めてのエレキギターと用品を注文した。ギター自体はまあまあ安かった。２万６円ぐらいだった。アンプも買わなければなかったので、それも1万円だった。バッグ、ピック、やストラップも買った。新しいヘッドホンを買う機会も取った。でも、中古のやつを安く買った。

体験レッスンは明日の夜だけど、その次の日にギターなど届くので、持っていけない。

音楽のレッスンを取ろうと思うことは、昔だったという気がする。結構前の時、楽器のやり方を勉強したら、ドラムかエレキギターにすると思った。ドラムは楽しいと思うんだけど、特にエレキギターはスウィッチを触ることだけど別な音を出すようになれるので、ドラムより用途だと思う。いつの日か、子供の夢を実現できるかもしれないが、今、エレキギターを勉強するのを楽しみにしている。

Yesterday, I ordered my first electric guitar + accessories. The guitar itself was fairly cheap, around $250. I had to buy an amplifier as well, which was less than $100. I had to buy a bag, picks, a strap, etc. as well. I also took the opportunity to buy a new pair of headphones that I’ll use for practice, which I bought used.

My trial lesson will be tomorrow evening, but I receive my guitar on Wednesday, so I won’t be able to take it with me.

It’s been a long, long time since I ever took any music lessons. Some time ago, I thought to myself that, if I were to learn an instrument, I’d want to learn the drums or electric guitar. I think drums would be fun, but guitars are a lot more versatile, especially electric guitars (since you can make one guitar sound very differently with the flip of a switch). Maybe someday I’ll make my childhood dream of learning the drums come true, but for now, I’m excited to try learning the electric guitar.
